This rural house in Tenerife South has two levels on a wide patio of “chasnera” stone, typical of this area, at the end of which we have a big kitchen and a bathroom. The patio is nicely decorated with plants and flowers, giving fresh air and colors to the house.
In the upper floor you have a comfortable terrace with Jacuzzi, living room, a bathroom and two double bedrooms in a classical Canary balcony.
Arico is built around its church “Nuestra Señora de la Luz”, at the beginning of the XVIII century, its inhabitants are about 145 and it is situated at 68 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife (main city of the province).

You can visit local business of products related to grape and goat farming, where you can taste delicious cheeses with certificate of origin and wines, like the white wine of Abona. For rappel you can find equipped slopes, also for hiking. Nights are wonderful in this little town where you can see stars and enjoy an unpolluted sky.
Just 3 km from the house, you have El Poris de Abona, where, besides swimming in the clean waters of Atlantic Ocean, you can diving and taste the local fishing-based cuisine. Arico Municipality
The municipality of Arico is located in the south-east of Tenerife. Its name comes from the Spanish word ‘aricar’, connected to its agricultural past.
