This lovely luxurious property for rent in Tenerife is located in Arico, an ancient rural town from the area of Granadilla. It has a perfect mild climate with an average temperature of 20°C all year round. The town of Arico is very well connected, but at the same time perfectly quiet, private and peaceful.
You will find everything you need in very close proximity: the most famous and visited tourist spots, gorgeous beaches just 8 km away, excellent traditional Canary and foreign restaurants and very interesting hiking routes. The National Park of Teide, recently listed as a World Heritage site, is only 10 km away. This area has a lot of farms and farmers markets where you can find the most delicious local products.

Detailed Description
Every house has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobe, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, cot, fireplace with firewood in the living room. Every house has a double bed of 2m x 2m and 4 single beds of 0,9 m x 1,9 meters.
Equipment: 32”TV, satellite, DVD, Hi-Fi stereo, electric heating in all rooms, telephone, kitchen with glass-ceramic, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and all utensils. Tourist info available in the house (maps, paths, restaurants). Bed linen and towels provided.
Outside: private garden for each house and other shared gardens, garden furniture, barbecue area, fruit trees, and paths near the house. Parking area. Big swimming pool in the shared area of the property.

Arico Municipality
The municipality of Arico is located in the south-east of Tenerife. Its name comes from the Spanish word ‘aricar’, connected to its agricultural past.
